How to calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI).

Weight = 59kg     Height = 1.69 m

1) Multiply Height x Height ; 1.69 x 1.69 = 2.8561
2) Then, your Weight divide the sum of the Height ; 59 divide 2.8561 = 20.65 ( Normal)

You want to slim? Is there any way you do to slim is effective? If not, try to practice the following tips;

i. Drinking Water - When you eat, avoid cold drinks and sugary drinks. Drink plenty of water. According to research, the secret of eternal lose weight is by drinking plain water.

 
ii. Eat Soup - Soups can help your weight loss process. It would be nice if you eat vegetable soup.

 
iii. Rice or Bread - Reduce your intake of rice and bread. Don't stop take it, but less. You should take it just to get energy. You are advised to eat dishes only.

 
iv. Do Exercise - only 3 times a week. You must exercise to burn the fat in your body. Do not just eat, sleep during the holidays.
