Say NO! to Cigarettes

To who have never smoked, never wish to try smoking cigarettes. Smokers (hardcore or normal), quit smoking now. Cigarettes are very harmful to our body organs especially the heart and lungs. The heart works to pump blood while the lungs are we breathe. If one organ is damaged, our lifetime will be shorter. Maybe 1 year, 3 months, a week or an HOUR!

Cigarettes have over 4000 chemicals. 200 of them are poisonous and 63 other potentially cause a variety of cancers including lung cancer.

Do not smoke!! Please.I'm begging you.. For the children, parents, wife and most importantly for OURSELVES.



When we was smoking a cigarette, cigarette smoke would be inhaled by people around us. This person is called passive smoking which will receive three times more risk than those who smoke. The risks are the same as being a smoker. Imagine you smoke cigarettes in the house when your kids are watching tv. They will smell your smoke and they would be at risk of getting cancer, heart disease and other diseases that can be causing DEATH.

Quit smoking now!! Many benefits if you do not smoke. Among them:

- Another person was not sick
- You got a good healthy
- Save money

To be thin is not difficult. not need expensive intensive care such as in London Weight Management and the pills which not necessarily effective. What you need to be emphasized is the case of your diet. You becoming fat because foods. There are also other factors of unhealthy lifestyle.


Things to do for the thin is;

- Obey the food pyramid - you must comply with this pyramid. The Pyramid is designed for the selection of a balanced diet for your body.


- Do not starve yourself - Do not skip your meals. You should eat at mealtimes. If not it will be a dangerous thing in your body. Longer suffer your life. Thin is not possible, pain can be.


- Exercise - if you just stay home, eat, sleep, then the fat will be produced and you'll be obese. Through exercise you can burn the fat. Your body will be healthy and you will be a beautiful body.


- Eat more fruits and vegetables - have a lot of vitamins for the the body. Can prevent constipation. In addition to scrape all the fat in your stomach. And, finally,

 
- Eat according to the needs - not eating binge. Eat in moderation. When eating, chew your food thoroughly until destroyed. Then swallow.
